Århus Food Festival, Denmark

NOMAD Indigenous FoodLab was twice a participant of the Denmark’s largest food festival in Aarhus in 2023 and 2024. In cooperation with the FoodLab team from Denmark coordinated by Søren Kristiansen and Palle Hansen, together with ICR/WRH team and Sámi, Evenki and Inuit traditional chefs Foodlab presented reindeer products at this food celebration together with more than 250 dedicated food & beverage companies, producers and food craftsmen.
